Every Rejuvenate Jewels piece is packed with love, care, and probably a little happy dance before it leaves our studio.
Here’s everything you need to know before your jewels begin their journey to you:
• Orders are usually dispatched within 5 to 7 working days through our trusted courier partners.
• We aim to confirm all dispatches within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
• One order = one shipping address. If you’d like to send goodies to multiple people, please place separate orders for each address.
• Once an order is placed, we sadly cannot change the shipping address. Double check before hitting that checkout button ✨
• For COD orders, packages cannot be rejected at the time of delivery. However, if there’s an issue later, eligible returns can still be processed as store credit according to our policy below.

Returns, Exchanges & Little Oopsies 🤍
We truly hope you fall head over heels for your jewellery. But in case something arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect, we’re here to help.
Here’s how it works:
• Items are eligible only in cases of transit damage or genuine manufacturing defects.
• Wherever possible, we’ll happily replace the damaged product.
• If a replacement isn’t possible, a store credit of the same value will be issued after verification.
• Products must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Returns that appear damaged, worn, or soiled may not be accepted.
• Custom made pieces are made specially for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
To Request A Return
Please email us within 7 working days of receiving your order at: customercare@rejuvenatejewels.com

• Your order number
• Full name
• Contact number
• Clear images of the defect or damage
Once our Customer Care Diva confirms your request, you can courier the product back to the address mentioned on your invoice within 7 working days.
Please also share the courier tracking details with us once dispatched.
Kind reminder: We are not responsible for any damage caused during the return transit from your side.
Store Credit Policy ✨
If your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit for the same amount.
• Store credit can be used on products of the same or higher value.
• It will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• And because you trusted us through the process, we’ll ship your replacement order back to you free of shipping cost 🤍
